Information from the publicly available online database maintained by Lloyd’s MIU shows five port visits by two IUU-listed vessels to two Philippine ports (Daveo and Cebu). The reefer, the Polestar, was on the NEAFC IUU vessel list and the fishing vessel, the Sibley, was on the CCAMLR IUU vessel list. All reported visits occurred between November 2006 and June 2008. All four port visits are considered as non-violations of port State measures. The Philippines is a CP to ICCAT, IOTC and WCPFC and a Cooperating Non-CP of CCSBT.
