Information from the publicly available online databases maintained by Lloyd’s Register – Fairplay (Sea-web) and Lloyd’s MIU shows three port visits by three IUU-listed vessels. The visits, all to the port of Kaohsiung, were made by three reefers. Two reefers, the Polestar and the Thorgull, were on the NEAFC/NAFO IUU vessel lists and the reefer Seed Leaf was on the CCAMLR/SEAFO IUU vessel lists. The visits occurred between June 2007 and July 2008. All three port visits are considered as non-violations. Taiwan* is a CP to CCSBT and WCPFC and a Cooperating Non-CP of IATTC and ICCAT.
