Information from the publicly available online databases maintained by Lloyd’s Register – Fairplay (Sea-web) and Lloyd’s MIU shows 18 port visits by two IUU-listed vessels to two Ukrainian ports (Sevastopol and Mariupo). 17 of the recorded visits relate to the reefer Cliff and one to the fishing vessel Rosita, which were both on the NEAFC/NAFO IUU vessel lists. The recorded visits occurred between September 2006 and May 2009. 17 port visits are considered as violations of NAFO port State measures and one is considered as non-violation. Ukraine is a CP to CCAMLR and NAFO.
